Agile Working and Productivity – Help Your Business Thrive in the Current Challenging Environment
Facilities management and building services professionals will be able to gain a better understanding of the importance of agile working on business productivity at the next FMCentral event. The event, on Wednesday 27th September 2017, will be held at Adapt UK, in Milton Keynes, from 6pm to 8:30pm.
People are the biggest asset in every organisation, and businesses are starting to focus on ways to deliver efficient workplaces and workstyles to increase productivity and ROI. As stated by Karen Moule, Co-founder of FMCentral, “Traditional ways of working are becoming less sustainable as business leaders strive to do more with less. Businesses therefore need to start thinking differently about the way they operate.”.
The latest FMCentral event will help define different ways of working and the potential benefits on both business and personal performance. The speakers will also discuss how to support agile working in the workplace to ensure effective implementation. At the end of the presentations there will also be a question and answer session.
- Paul Allsopp, Founder and Managing Director, The Agile Organisation, Paul, an experienced agile and workplace change consultant, will be sharing some of the knowledge he’s developed over the last 2 decades. During this time Paul has provided strategic advice, developed agile working strategies and implemented agile working practices for a diverse range of organisations in the UK and Europe.
